## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Consultant Neurologist** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and managing neurological disorders, providing advanced care for conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and manage neurological conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and neuropathies.
-   Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
-   Evaluate patients with headaches, seizures, movement disorders, and other neurological symptoms.
-   Interpret neurological investigations, including EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies, as appropriate.
-   Manage complex neurological cases and coordinate multidisciplinary patient care.
-   Provide consultation for acute neurological emergencies and chronic neurological conditions.
-   Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust management plans as required.
-   Counsel patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and long-term care.
-   Supervise junior medical staff and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Requirements**

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB in General Medicine or an equivalent qualification, followed by DM/DNB or equivalent specialization in Neurology.
-   Significant post-specialization experience at Consultant level.
-   Experience in managing complex neurological conditions and interpreting neurological investigations.
-   Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and patient communication skills.
