## Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate **Specialist / Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist** to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, manage normal and high-risk pregnancies, perform gynecological procedures and surgeries, and deliver patient-centered care in accordance with international clinical standards.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient obstetric and gynecological care.
-   Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecological conditions and reproductive health disorders.
-   Manage normal and high-risk pregnancies from antenatal to postnatal care.
-   Conduct normal vaginal deliveries and perform cesarean sections.
-   Perform gynecological surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures where applicable.
-   Evaluate and manage infertility, menstrual disorders, menopause, and family planning services.
-   Perform routine screening procedures, including cervical cancer screening and colposcopy, where applicable.
-   Provide emergency obstetric and gynecological care.
-   Counsel patients regarding pregnancy, reproductive health, contraception, and preventive care.
-   Collaborate with neonatologists, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, and other specialists to ensure optimal maternal and fetal outcomes.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
-   Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection control protocols.
-   Participate in on-call duties and emergency coverage as required.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
-   MD, MS, DNB, MRCOG, Arab Board, FRCOG, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
-   **Valid UAE MOH License or MOH Eligibility** is mandatory.
-   Minimum **3–5 years of post-specialization experience** as a Specialist or Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist.
-   Proven experience in managing both routine and high-risk obstetric cases.
-   Proficiency in gynecological surgeries and emergency obstetric procedures.
-   Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
