## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Specialist Family Medicine Physician** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare for individuals and families, focusing on preventive medicine, acute illnesses, and long-term management of chronic conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide primary healthcare services to patients across different age groups.
-   Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory disorders.
-   Conduct routine health assessments, preventive screenings, and wellness consultations.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
-   Provide immunizations, health education, and preventive care.
-   Manage common medical conditions and coordinate referrals to specialists when required.
-   Maintain continuity of care through regular follow-ups and patient counseling.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and care.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Requirements**

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB in Family Medicine or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
-   Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
-   Experience in primary care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management.
-   Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
