## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Specialist Neurosurgeon** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diagnosing and surgically managing conditions affecting the brain, spine, and peripheral nervous system.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Evaluate and manage patients with complex neurosurgical conditions.
-   Perform elective and emergency neurosurgical procedures.
-   Manage conditions involving the brain, spine, and peripheral nervous system.
-   Perform procedures for brain tumors, spinal disorders, trauma, and other neurosurgical conditions.
-   Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized surgical plans.
-   Provide postoperative care and monitor patient recovery.
-   Manage neurosurgical emergencies and trauma cases when required.
-   Interpret relevant neurological imaging and diagnostic investigations.
-   Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, intensivists, oncologists, and other specialists.
-   Counsel patients and families regarding treatment options, procedures, risks, and recovery.
-   Maintain accurate clinical and surgical documentation.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MS/MCh/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Neurosurgery**.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in neurosurgical procedures and complex cases.
-   Excellent surgical skills, clinical judgment, and decision-making abilities.
-   Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
