## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Specialist Paediatrician** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents, with strong expertise in diagnosing and managing a broad range of paediatric conditions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive medical care to newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.
-   Diagnose and manage acute and chronic paediatric conditions.
-   Conduct routine health assessments, developmental evaluations, and preventive care.
-   Manage common paediatric illnesses, infections, allergies, and respiratory conditions.
-   Monitor growth, nutrition, and developmental milestones.
-   Assess and manage paediatric emergencies when required.
-   Provide appropriate referrals and coordinate care with paediatric subspecialists.
-   Educate parents and caregivers regarding treatment, nutrition, vaccination, and preventive healthcare.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and quality improvement activities.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB/MRCPCH or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Paediatrics**.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong clinical experience in general paediatrics.
-   Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
