## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Cardiac Anesthesiologist** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in providing anesthesia and perioperative care for patients undergoing cardiac and cardiothoracic procedures.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for cardiac and cardiothoracic surgeries.
-   Conduct detailed preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
-   Administer and monitor general and regional anesthesia as appropriate.
-   Manage high-risk cardiac patients throughout the perioperative period.
-   Provide anesthesia for CABG, valve surgery, and other major cardiac procedures.
-   Monitor hemodynamic and physiological parameters during surgery.
-   Manage complex intraoperative emergencies and critical situations.
-   Provide postoperative care for cardiac surgical patients.
-   Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, intensivists, perfusionists, and multidisciplinary teams.
-   Maintain accurate anesthesia records and clinical documentation.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB/DA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Anesthesiology**.
-   Additional fellowship or advanced training in **Cardiac Anesthesia** preferred.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in cardiac and cardiothoracic anesthesia.
-   Excellent clinical judgment and crisis-management skills.
-   Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
