**Job Summary**

Our leading healthcare facility is seeking an experienced **Specialist Otolaryngologist (ENT Specialist)** to diagnose and manage conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ENT medical and surgical procedures, patient assessment, and the management of complex ENT conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Examine, diagnose, and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
-   Treat conditions such as sinusitis, hearing disorders, tonsillitis, nasal polyps, voice disorders, and balance-related problems.
-   Perform ENT surgical procedures, including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, and sinus surgery, as appropriate to clinical expertise.
-   Conduct diagnostic assessments, including nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, and ear examinations.
-   Evaluate and manage hearing, speech, and balance-related disorders.
-   Manage ENT emergencies and provide appropriate treatment.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient recovery.
-   Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, and other specialists.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient care.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Requirements**

-   MBBS or equivalent internationally recognized primary medical qualification.
-   Relevant Master's degree, postgraduate specialist qualification, fellowship, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification in Otorhinolaryngology / ENT.
-   Minimum 3 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferred.
-   Proven experience in diagnosing and managing common and complex ENT conditions.
-   Experience in ENT surgical procedures and endoscopic techniques is an advantage.
-   Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-management skills.
