## Description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced **Specialist Family Medicine Physician** to provide comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare for patients across all age groups. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing acute and chronic conditions while providing continuous, patient-centered care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive consultations, medical assessments, and physical examinations.
-   Diagnose and manage a broad range of **acute and chronic medical conditions**.
-   Provide preventive healthcare, routine health assessments, and early disease detection.
-   Manage chronic conditions including **diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, asthma, COPD, and cardiovascular risk factors**.
-   Provide health screening, lifestyle counseling, and personalized wellness plans.
-   Assess and manage common pediatric, adult, and geriatric health conditions.
-   Provide appropriate women's and men's health services within the scope of practice.
-   Review and interpret laboratory investigations, imaging, ECGs, and other diagnostic tests.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
-   Provide medication management and follow-up for chronic diseases.
-   Identify conditions requiring specialist intervention and coordinate appropriate referrals.
-   Educate patients regarding nutrition, exercise, preventive care, and disease management.
-   Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
-   Collaborate with specialists, nurses, allied health professionals, and other members of the healthcare team.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   **MBBS or equivalent medical degree.**
-   **MD / DNB / Arab Board / MRCGP / equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine.**
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization clinical experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in primary care and comprehensive family medicine.
-   Excellent clinical judgment, diagnostic, and patient-management skills.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to manage patients across different age groups.
-   Commitment to preventive, continuous, and patient-centered care.
