## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Specialist ENT (Otolaryngologist)** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diagnosing and managing conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT conditions in adult and paediatric patients.
-   Evaluate and treat ear infections, hearing disorders, sinus conditions, nasal disorders, and throat diseases.
-   Perform appropriate ENT procedures and minor surgical interventions.
-   Conduct comprehensive examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
-   Manage chronic sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, tonsillar disorders, and other common ENT conditions.
-   Perform and interpret relevant diagnostic procedures such as endoscopy and audiological assessments.
-   Manage ENT emergencies when required.
-   Provide preoperative and postoperative care for surgical patients.
-   Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, paediatricians, and other specialists.
-   Counsel patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and follow-up care.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MS/DNB/DOHNS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **ENT / Otolaryngology**.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong clinical and procedural ENT experience.
-   Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
