## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Specialist ENT (Otolaryngologist)** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and managing conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage ENT conditions in adult and paediatric patients.
-   Evaluate and treat ear infections, hearing disorders, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, and throat conditions.
-   Perform appropriate ENT procedures and surgical interventions.
-   Conduct comprehensive examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
-   Perform nasal and laryngeal endoscopy and other diagnostic procedures where appropriate.
-   Manage chronic sinusitis, tonsillar disorders, and other common ENT conditions.
-   Assess and manage ENT emergencies when required.
-   Provide preoperative and postoperative care for surgical patients.
-   Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, paediatricians, and other specialists.
-   Educate patients about treatment options, preventive care, and follow-up.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **ENT / Otolaryngology**.
-   Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
-   Strong clinical and procedural ENT experience.
-   Experience in endoscopic ENT procedures is an advantage.
-   Excellent diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and communication skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
