## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the surgical management of conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and associated structures.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and surgically manage a wide range of oral and maxillofacial conditions.
-   Perform complex dental and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
-   Manage impacted teeth, jaw cysts, tumors, facial trauma, and other maxillofacial conditions.
-   Perform dentoalveolar and minor oral surgical procedures.
-   Manage facial injuries and maxillofacial trauma when required.
-   Conduct preoperative assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
-   Provide comprehensive postoperative care and monitor patient recovery.
-   Collaborate with dentists, orthodontists, ENT specialists, plastic surgeons, and other specialists.
-   Counsel patients regarding procedures, treatment options, risks, and recovery.
-   Maintain accurate clinical and surgical documentation.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   BDS/DDS or equivalent dental degree.
-   MDS/MS/Diploma or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery**.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
-   Excellent surgical skills and clinical decision-making abilities.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
