## Description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced **Specialist Endocrinologist** to diagnose and manage patients with endocrine, hormonal, and metabolic disorders. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in diabetes management, thyroid disorders, metabolic diseases, and other endocrine conditions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive consultations, clinical assessments, and endocrine evaluations.
-   Diagnose and manage **diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders, obesity, metabolic syndrome, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary disorders**.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and investigations.
-   Manage patients with complex and poorly controlled diabetes and its complications.
-   Evaluate and manage thyroid nodules and other thyroid abnormalities.
-   Assess hormonal and metabolic abnormalities and coordinate appropriate investigations.
-   Interpret laboratory tests, hormone profiles, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
-   Provide ongoing monitoring and adjustment of medications and treatment plans.
-   Counsel patients on nutrition, lifestyle modification, weight management, and disease prevention.
-   Coordinate care with diabetologists, cardiologists, nephrologists, surgeons, dietitians, and other specialists when required.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   **MBBS or equivalent medical degree.**
-   **MD / DNB / MRCP / Arab Board or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Endocrinology.**
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization clinical experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in managing endocrine and metabolic disorders.
-   Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
-   Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
