## Description

**Job Summary**

Our leading healthcare facility is seeking an experienced **Orthopaedic Surgeon** to diagnose, treat, and manage musculoskeletal conditions, including bone, joint, ligament, tendon, and muscle disorders. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in orthopaedic surgical procedures, trauma management, and the treatment of complex musculoskeletal conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of orthopaedic conditions and musculoskeletal disorders.
-   Perform elective and emergency orthopaedic surgical procedures.
-   Manage fractures, joint injuries, sports injuries, and degenerative musculoskeletal conditions.
-   Perform procedures such as fracture fixation, joint reconstruction, and other orthopaedic surgeries based on clinical expertise.
-   Evaluate patients and develop appropriate surgical and non-surgical treatment plans.
-   Provide preoperative and postoperative care, including monitoring recovery and rehabilitation.
-   Manage orthopaedic trauma and surgical emergencies.
-   Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, pain specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
-   Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high standards of clinical care.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Requirements**

-   MBBS or equivalent internationally recognized primary medical qualification.
-   Relevant Master's degree, postgraduate specialist qualification, fellowship, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification in Orthopaedic Surgery.
-   Minimum 3 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferred.
-   Proven experience in orthopaedic surgical procedures and trauma management.
-   Experience in joint replacement, arthroscopy, or other subspecialty procedures is an advantage.
-   Strong surgical skills, clinical judgment, and patient-management abilities.
