## Description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced **Specialist Otolaryngologist (ENT Specialist)** to provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical and surgical expertise with a patient-centered approach. **Specialist Otolaryngology** is an established UAE licensing title.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive ENT consultations, examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
-   Diagnose and manage conditions affecting the **ear, nose, throat, sinuses, and head and neck**.
-   Manage conditions such as sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, tonsillitis, otitis, hearing disorders, vertigo, tinnitus, and sleep-related breathing disorders.
-   Perform appropriate ENT procedures and minor surgical interventions within the scope of expertise.
-   Perform and interpret **nasal endoscopy, otoscopy, laryngoscopy, and other ENT diagnostic procedures**.
-   Evaluate patients with hearing, balance, voice, swallowing, and airway disorders.
-   Manage acute ENT emergencies, including epistaxis, airway obstruction, foreign bodies, and severe infections.
-   Perform elective ENT surgeries, including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, and sinus procedures where appropriately trained.
-   Review and interpret audiometry, imaging, laboratory investigations, and other diagnostic results.
-   Coordinate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, pediatricians, and other specialists when required.
-   Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, and follow-up care.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   **MBBS or equivalent medical degree.**
-   **MS / DNB / MRCS / FRCS / Arab Board or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT.**
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization clinical experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in clinical ENT and common ENT surgical procedures.
-   Excellent diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient-management skills.
-   Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.
