## Description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced and compassionate **Specialist Paediatrician** to provide comprehensive medical care to newborns, infants, children, and adolescents. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise in pediatric diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and developmental monitoring.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive pediatric consultations, examinations, and health assessments.
-   Diagnose and manage **acute and chronic pediatric conditions**.
-   Manage common childhood illnesses including respiratory infections, asthma, allergies, gastrointestinal disorders, and infections.
-   Monitor **growth, nutrition, developmental milestones, and overall child health**.
-   Conduct routine well-child examinations and preventive health assessments.
-   Provide age-appropriate vaccinations and immunization services.
-   Assess and manage pediatric emergencies and provide initial stabilization when required.
-   Review and interpret laboratory investigations, imaging, and other diagnostic tests.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
-   Provide guidance to parents and caregivers regarding nutrition, medication, vaccination, child safety, and disease prevention.
-   Refer patients to pediatric subspecialists or other specialists when required.
-   Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
-   Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, neonatologists, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and continuing medical education.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   **MBBS or equivalent medical degree.**
-   **MD / DNB / MRCPCH / Arab Board / CCT or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Paediatrics.**
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization clinical experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in general pediatrics and outpatient/inpatient pediatric care.
-   Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Compassionate, child-friendly approach to patient care.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
