## Description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced **Specialist Internal Medicine Physician** to provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive consultations, physical examinations, and medical assessments.
-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of **acute and chronic internal medicine conditions**.
-   Manage conditions including hypertension, diabetes, respiratory disorders, infections, gastrointestinal diseases, and cardiovascular risk factors.
-   Evaluate complex and multi-system medical conditions.
-   Interpret laboratory investigations, ECGs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
-   Manage acute medical conditions and coordinate appropriate hospital admission when required.
-   Provide preventive healthcare, health-risk assessment, and lifestyle counseling.
-   Coordinate care with cardiologists, endocrinologists, gastroenterologists, nephrologists, pulmonologists, and other specialists.
-   Provide comprehensive follow-up for patients with chronic diseases and multiple comorbidities.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, teaching, and continuing medical education.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   **MBBS or equivalent medical degree.**
-   **MD / DNB / MRCP / Arab Board or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine.**
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization clinical experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in general adult medicine and management of complex medical cases.
-   Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
-   Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.
