## Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Anesthesia Specialist with a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license to join our dynamic medical team. The Anesthesia Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality anesthetic care, ensuring patient safety, and contributing to excellent perioperative outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Perform thorough preoperative evaluations and assessments of patients.
-   Develop and implement anesthesia plans tailored to individual patient needs.
-   Administer anesthesia safely during surgical procedures, monitoring patients closely throughout.
-   Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive perioperative care.
-   Manage postoperative pain and monitor recovery from anesthesia.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and comply with DHA regulations and hospital protocols.
-   Stay updated with the latest anesthetic techniques and best practices.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completion of residency in Anesthesia.
-   Valid DHA license for anesthesia practice.
-   At least 3 years of clinical experience as an Anesthesia Specialist.
-   In-depth knowledge of anesthesia techniques and patient monitoring.
-   Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively under pressure in a multidisciplinary team.
