## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Specialist Nephrologist** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diagnosing and managing kidney disorders, renal failure, and complex nephrological conditions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases.
-   Manage patients with chronic kidney disease and renal failure.
-   Provide comprehensive care for patients undergoing hemodialysis and other renal replacement therapies.
-   Evaluate and manage electrolyte, fluid, and acid-base disorders.
-   Manage hypertension and other conditions associated with kidney disease.
-   Assess patients for renal complications and develop individualized treatment plans.
-   Provide pre- and post-transplant renal care where applicable.
-   Interpret renal function tests, laboratory investigations, and relevant imaging.
-   Collaborate with urologists, intensivists, cardiologists, and other specialists.
-   Educate patients and families regarding kidney health, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB/DM/MRCP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Nephrology**.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in managing complex renal conditions and dialysis patients.
-   Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
