## Description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced **Neurosurgeon** to provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical management of neurological and neurosurgical conditions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in complex neurosurgical procedures, excellent clinical judgment, and a patient-centered approach.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
-   Perform neurosurgical procedures for **brain, spine, cranial, and peripheral nerve disorders**.
-   Manage conditions including brain tumors, spinal disorders, traumatic brain injuries, hydrocephalus, vascular lesions, and degenerative spine conditions.
-   Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop individualized surgical plans.
-   Perform appropriate emergency and elective neurosurgical procedures.
-   Provide comprehensive post-operative care and monitor patients for complications.
-   Interpret MRI, CT, angiography, and other relevant neuroimaging studies.
-   Manage neurosurgical emergencies, including head trauma, intracranial hemorrhage, and acute spinal conditions.
-   Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, oncologists, intensivists, rehabilitation specialists, and other multidisciplinary teams.
-   Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical risks, and expected outcomes.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and patient-safety standards.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, teaching, and continuing medical education.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   **MBBS or equivalent medical degree.**
-   **MS / MCh / DNB / FRCS / Arab Board or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Neurosurgery.**
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in neurosurgical procedures and perioperative patient management.
-   Excellent clinical decision-making and surgical skills.
-   Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.
