## Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Oncologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating cancer patients by developing individualized treatment plans and providing comprehensive care throughout the treatment process. This role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.

As a Medical Oncologist at Talentspoc, you will actively engage in patient consultations, treatment administration, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting therapies as needed to optimize outcomes. You will also contribute to clinical research and continuous improvement initiatives within the oncology department.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Assess and diagnose cancer patients through clinical evaluation and diagnostic testing.
-   Formulate personalized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
-   Monitor and manage patient response and side effects during treatment.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
-   Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatment options and prognosis.
-   Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.
-   Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in oncology.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
-   Residency completion in Internal Medicine followed by fellowship training in Medical Oncology.
-   Board certification in Medical Oncology.
-   Minimum of 3-5 years experience in clinical oncology practice.
-   Proficient knowledge of cancer treatment protocols and patient management.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
-   Commitment to ongoing professional development and research.
-   Valid medical license to practice in the respective jurisdiction.
-   Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
