## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Specialist Critical Care Physician** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing critically ill patients and providing comprehensive care in a high-acuity intensive care environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, stabilize, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
-   Manage patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, and multi-organ dysfunction.
-   Provide care for patients requiring mechanical ventilation and advanced life support.
-   Perform and supervise critical care procedures as appropriate.
-   Monitor hemodynamic and physiological parameters and adjust treatment accordingly.
-   Manage acute cardiac, neurological, renal, and infectious complications in critically ill patients.
-   Participate in daily multidisciplinary ICU rounds.
-   Coordinate patient care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, cardiologists, neurologists, nephrologists, and other specialists.
-   Communicate effectively with patients’ families regarding treatment plans and clinical progress.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in ICU quality improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB/DM or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Critical Care Medicine / Intensive Care Medicine / Anesthesiology / Internal Medicine** with relevant critical care training.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in ICU and critical care medicine.
-   Experience in mechanical ventilation, resuscitation, and management of critically ill patients.
-   Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
-   Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.
