## Description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced **Specialist Rheumatologist** to diagnose and manage patients with autoimmune, inflammatory, musculoskeletal, and rheumatic diseases. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise and a patient-centered approach.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive consultations and rheumatological assessments.
-   Diagnose and manage autoimmune and inflammatory disorders.
-   Treat conditions including **rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, lupus, gout, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, vasculitis, and connective tissue disorders**.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and investigations.
-   Interpret laboratory tests, X-rays, MRI, CT, ultrasound, and other relevant investigations.
-   Monitor disease activity and treatment response and adjust medications accordingly.
-   Manage patients receiving immunosuppressive and biologic therapies.
-   Perform joint and soft-tissue injections where appropriately trained.
-   Provide long-term follow-up and preventive care for chronic rheumatological conditions.
-   Collaborate with orthopedics, physiotherapy, dermatology, nephrology, and other specialties when required.
-   Educate patients regarding disease management, medications, lifestyle modifications, and prognosis.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and comply with UAE healthcare standards.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   **MBBS or equivalent medical degree.**
-   **MD / DNB / MRCP / Arab Board or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Rheumatology.**
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization clinical experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in diagnosing and managing complex rheumatological conditions.
-   Excellent clinical judgment and patient-management skills.
-   Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
