## Description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced **Specialist Restorative Dentist** to provide comprehensive restorative and rehabilitative dental care. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in complex restorative treatments, aesthetic dentistry, and multidisciplinary dental care. Restorative dentistry integrates areas including endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, and implant dentistry.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans for complex restorative cases.
-   Perform advanced restorative procedures including **crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, and direct restorations**.
-   Manage worn, fractured, damaged, decayed, and missing teeth.
-   Provide comprehensive aesthetic and functional rehabilitation.
-   Assess occlusion and develop appropriate restorative treatment strategies.
-   Perform complex restorative and reconstructive procedures within clinical expertise.
-   Provide appropriate endodontic, periodontal, and prosthodontic restorative care.
-   Manage implant-supported restorative cases and coordinate implant treatment with relevant specialists.
-   Review dental radiographs, CBCT, photographs, and other diagnostic records.
-   Collaborate with **prosthodontists, periodontists, endodontists, orthodontists, and oral surgeons** for multidisciplinary cases.
-   Educate patients regarding treatment options, oral hygiene, maintenance, and long-term care.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.
-   Participate in clinical quality improvement and continuing professional development.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   **BDS / DDS / DMD or equivalent dental degree.**
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Restorative Dentistry** or an equivalent relevant specialty.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong clinical experience in complex restorative and rehabilitative dentistry.
-   Excellent treatment-planning, diagnostic, and clinical skills.
-   Strong attention to detail and aesthetic awareness.
-   Excellent communication and patient-management skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary dental team.
