## Description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced **Specialist Vascular Surgeon** to provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of arterial and venous vascular conditions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both open and minimally invasive vascular procedures, with a patient-centered approach. Vascular surgeons manage a broad range of arterial and venous disorders, using medical, endovascular, and open surgical treatments when appropriate.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive vascular consultations, examinations, and treatment planning.
-   Diagnose and manage **peripheral arterial disease, aneurysms, venous disease, vascular trauma, and diabetic vascular complications**.
-   Perform elective and emergency vascular surgical procedures.
-   Perform open and endovascular procedures within the scope of expertise.
-   Manage conditions such as **carotid artery disease, limb ischemia, varicose veins, DVT, aneurysms, and non-healing vascular ulcers**.
-   Perform procedures such as angioplasty, stenting, bypass surgery, thrombectomy, and vascular access procedures where appropriately trained.
-   Evaluate vascular imaging including **Doppler ultrasound, CT angiography, MR angiography, and conventional angiography**.
-   Manage acute vascular emergencies and limb-threatening ischemia.
-   Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and monitor patients for complications.
-   Coordinate multidisciplinary care with cardiologists, interventional radiologists, nephrologists, diabetologists, orthopedists, and other specialists.
-   Counsel patients regarding treatment options, lifestyle modifications, risk-factor management, and follow-up care.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and care.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   **MBBS or equivalent medical degree.**
-   **MS / MCh / DNB / FRCS / Arab Board or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Vascular Surgery.**
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization clinical experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in vascular surgery and endovascular interventions.
-   Excellent clinical judgment and surgical skills.
-   Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.
