## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Specialist Pediatric Surgeon** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the surgical management of congenital, developmental, and acquired conditions in newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric surgical conditions.
-   Perform elective and emergency surgical procedures in pediatric patients.
-   Manage congenital abnormalities, gastrointestinal conditions, and pediatric surgical emergencies.
-   Provide surgical care for newborns, infants, and children with complex conditions.
-   Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized surgical plans.
-   Provide postoperative care and monitor patient recovery.
-   Perform minimally invasive pediatric surgical procedures where appropriate.
-   Collaborate with pediatricians, neonatologists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, and other specialists.
-   Counsel parents and families regarding treatment options, procedures, risks, and recovery.
-   Maintain accurate clinical and surgical documentation.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MS/MCh/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Pediatric Surgery**.
-   Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
-   Strong experience in pediatric and neonatal surgical procedures.
-   Excellent surgical skills and clinical decision-making abilities.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary pediatric care team.
