## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Reconstructive Surgery Specialist** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in restoring function and appearance following injuries, burns, congenital conditions, and complex surgical procedures, providing comprehensive reconstructive surgical care.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and manage conditions requiring reconstructive surgical intervention.
-   Perform reconstructive procedures involving skin, soft tissues, and other affected anatomical structures.
-   Manage complex wounds, burns, traumatic injuries, and post-surgical defects.
-   Perform skin grafts, flap reconstruction, and tissue repair procedures.
-   Provide reconstructive treatment for congenital abnormalities and acquired deformities.
-   Evaluate patients and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
-   Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide comprehensive post-operative care.
-   Monitor recovery and manage surgical complications.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Requirements**

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MS/DNB in General Surgery followed by MCh/DNB in Plastic Surgery, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
-   Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
-   Experience in reconstructive procedures, wound management, skin grafting, and flap surgery.
-   Strong surgical judgment, clinical skills, and patient communication abilities.
