## Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced **Aesthetic Dermatologist** to join a reputed aesthetic and dermatology clinic in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in **aesthetic medicine, skin rejuvenation, non-surgical cosmetic treatments, and advanced aesthetic procedures**, with an excellent eye for facial balance, natural results, and patient satisfaction.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct detailed aesthetic consultations and assess patients' skin, facial features, concerns, and treatment goals.
-   Create personalized aesthetic treatment plans based on the patient's needs and desired outcomes.
-   Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures safely and effectively.
-   Administer **Botulinum toxin treatments** for appropriate aesthetic indications.
-   Perform **dermal filler** procedures for facial contouring, volume restoration, and rejuvenation.
-   Provide advanced facial rejuvenation treatments.
-   Perform injectable treatments for areas such as the forehead, glabella, crow's feet, lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, and other appropriate facial areas.
-   Perform and manage **PRP-based aesthetic treatments** where appropriately trained.
-   Provide chemical peels and other skin resurfacing treatments.
-   Perform or supervise laser and energy-based aesthetic procedures within the physician's expertise.
-   Manage pigmentation, acne scars, enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, and other cosmetic skin concerns.
-   Provide treatments for skin aging, fine lines, wrinkles, and loss of facial volume.
-   Assess patients for appropriate combination treatments and develop staged treatment plans where required.
-   Maintain a strong focus on natural-looking and proportionate aesthetic outcomes.
-   Explain treatment options, expected results, potential risks, downtime, and aftercare clearly to patients.
-   Obtain appropriate informed consent before procedures.
-   Provide post-treatment instructions and follow-up assessments.
-   Recognize and appropriately manage adverse reactions and complications associated with aesthetic procedures.
-   Maintain accurate clinical photographs and confidential patient records where appropriate.
-   Maintain strict infection-control and patient-safety standards.
-   Keep up to date with developments in aesthetic medicine, injectable treatments, laser technology, and skin rejuvenation.
-   Participate in clinical quality improvement and continuing professional development activities.

## Requirements

-   MBBS, MD, or equivalent recognized medical qualification.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Dermatology / Dermatovenereology** or an appropriate specialty qualification.
-   Relevant clinical experience in aesthetic dermatology or aesthetic medicine.
-   Demonstrated hands-on experience with non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
-   Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment.
-   Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.
-   Strong understanding of safe injection techniques and management of potential complications.
-   Excellent communication and patient-consultation skills.
-   Professional appearance and a patient-focused approach.
-   Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
