## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Plastic Surgeon** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide advanced reconstructive and aesthetic surgical care, managing complex cases and delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Perform reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures based on clinical expertise.
-   Manage cases involving facial injuries, burns, congenital deformities, and post-traumatic reconstruction.
-   Perform cosmetic procedures, including facial rejuvenation and body contouring, where applicable.
-   Evaluate patients, discuss treatment options, and develop individualized surgical plans.
-   Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide comprehensive post-operative care.
-   Monitor recovery and manage surgical complications.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
-   Supervise junior medical staff and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high standards of patient safety.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Requirements**

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MS/DNB in General Surgery followed by MCh/DNB in Plastic Surgery, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
-   Significant post-specialization experience at Consultant level.
-   Experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures.
-   Excellent surgical judgment, clinical leadership, and patient communication skills.
