## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Consultant Gastroenterologist** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and managing digestive system disorders, providing advanced gastroenterology care and performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and manage diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas, and biliary system.
-   Treat conditions such as GERD, peptic ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, liver disorders, and gastrointestinal bleeding.
-   Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including gastroscopy and colonoscopy.
-   Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
-   Manage complex gastroenterology cases and provide long-term follow-up care.
-   Interpret relevant diagnostic investigations and endoscopic findings.
-   Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists.
-   Counsel patients on treatment options, dietary modifications, and preventive care.
-   Supervise junior medical staff and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Requirements**

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB in General Medicine or an equivalent qualification, followed by DM/DNB or equivalent specialization in Gastroenterology.
-   Significant post-specialization experience at Consultant level.
-   Experience in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.
-   Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and patient communication skills.
