## Description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced **Specialist ENT (Otolaryngologist)** to provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck structures. Specialist Otolaryngology is an established UAE licensing title.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive ENT consultations, examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
-   Diagnose and manage conditions involving the **ear, nose, throat, sinuses, and head & neck**.
-   Manage sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, tonsillitis, otitis, hearing disorders, vertigo, tinnitus, and sleep-related breathing disorders.
-   Perform and interpret **otoscopy, nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, and other ENT investigations**.
-   Perform appropriate ENT procedures and minor surgical interventions.
-   Manage acute ENT emergencies, including epistaxis, foreign bodies, airway obstruction, and severe infections.
-   Perform elective procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, and sinus surgery where appropriately trained.
-   Review and interpret audiometry, imaging, laboratory results, and other diagnostic investigations.
-   Provide appropriate pre- and post-operative care and follow-up.
-   Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, pediatricians, and other specialists.
-   Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, and recovery.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with UAE healthcare regulations.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   **MBBS or equivalent medical degree.**
-   **MS / DNB / MRCS / FRCS / Arab Board or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT.**
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization clinical experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in clinical ENT and common ENT procedures.
-   Excellent diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient-management skills.
-   Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.
