## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Specialist Endocrinologist** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in diagnosing and managing endocrine and metabolic disorders and providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders.
-   Evaluate and treat patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary disorders, and metabolic conditions.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and investigation results.
-   Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
-   Interpret relevant laboratory investigations and imaging studies.
-   Manage complex cases and coordinate care with other medical specialties.
-   Provide patient education regarding disease management, medication, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
-   Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB/MRCP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Endocrinology**.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong clinical knowledge of endocrine and metabolic disorders.
-   Excellent diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and communication skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
