## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Reconstructive Surgery Specialist** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reconstructive procedures, complex wound management, and restoring function and appearance following trauma, disease, or previous surgery.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess and manage patients requiring reconstructive surgical procedures.
-   Perform reconstructive procedures involving soft tissue, skin, and other affected areas.
-   Manage complex wounds, surgical defects, and post-traumatic injuries.
-   Develop individualized surgical and treatment plans.
-   Evaluate patients before and after surgery and monitor recovery.
-   Collaborate with plastic surgeons, orthopaedic surgeons, oncologists, and other specialists when required.
-   Provide appropriate postoperative care and manage potential complications.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and surgical records.
-   Educate patients regarding procedures, expected outcomes, recovery, and follow-up care.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MS/MD/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery** or a relevant surgical specialty.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in reconstructive and complex surgical procedures.
-   Excellent surgical, clinical, and decision-making skills.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
