## Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Endodontics Specialist** to join a reputed dental healthcare facility in **Dubai, UAE**.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries affecting the dental pulp and periapical tissues, with a particular focus on advanced root canal treatment and the preservation of natural teeth.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive endodontic consultations and clinical examinations.
-   Diagnose pulpal and periapical conditions using clinical findings and appropriate diagnostic imaging.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessment.
-   Perform primary and complex root canal treatments.
-   Manage retreatment cases and challenging endodontic conditions.
-   Treat dental trauma and associated pulpal and periapical complications.
-   Perform appropriate emergency endodontic procedures for patients presenting with acute dental pain.
-   Manage cases involving calcified canals, curved canals, and complex root canal anatomy.
-   Perform pulp therapy and other appropriate endodontic procedures within the approved scope of practice.
-   Assess cases requiring surgical endodontic intervention and coordinate treatment where appropriate.
-   Collaborate with general dentists, prosthodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, orthodontists, and other dental specialists.
-   Review and interpret periapical radiographs, CBCT scans, and other relevant diagnostic imaging.
-   Provide post-treatment evaluation, follow-up, and long-term monitoring.
-   Explain diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, risks, and expected outcomes clearly to patients.
-   Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
-   Ensure strict compliance with infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement activities, and continuing professional development.
-   Maintain high standards of ethical, evidence-based dental practice.

## Requirements

BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent recognized dental qualification.

Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Endodontics**.

Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.

Strong clinical experience in conventional and complex endodontic procedures.

Excellent diagnostic and treatment-planning skills.

Strong understanding of modern endodontic techniques and materials.

Ability to manage complex and emergency endodontic cases.

Excellent communication and patient-management skills.

Strong attention to clinical detail.

Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
