## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Specialist Endocrinologist** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diagnosing and managing endocrine, hormonal, and metabolic disorders, providing comprehensive and patient-centered care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders.
-   Evaluate and treat diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity, osteoporosis, and hormonal disorders.
-   Manage adrenal, pituitary, and other complex endocrine conditions.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
-   Interpret relevant laboratory investigations and imaging studies.
-   Optimize medications and treatment strategies based on clinical response.
-   Provide preventive care, lifestyle counselling, and patient education.
-   Collaborate with internal medicine physicians, surgeons, dietitians, and other specialists.
-   Manage complex endocrine cases and provide specialist consultations.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB/DM/MRCP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Endocrinology**.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong clinical experience in endocrine and metabolic disorders.
-   Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
-   Strong communication and patient-management abilities.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
