## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Specialist Oral & Dental Surgeon** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in oral surgical procedures, dental extractions, and the management of complex dental and oral conditions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage patients requiring oral and dental surgical treatment.
-   Perform complex and surgical tooth extractions.
-   Manage impacted teeth, dental infections, cysts, and other oral conditions.
-   Perform minor oral surgical procedures as appropriate.
-   Manage dental and oral trauma cases.
-   Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative patient care.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment.
-   Collaborate with prosthodontists, periodontists, orthodontists, and other dental specialists.
-   Counsel patients regarding treatment options, procedures, risks, and aftercare.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   BDS/DDS or equivalent dental degree.
-   MDS/MS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Oral Surgery / Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery**.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in oral surgical procedures.
-   Excellent clinical skills and treatment-planning abilities.
-   Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary dental team.
