## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Specialist Orthodontist** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diagnosing and treating malocclusion, dental and skeletal irregularities, and providing comprehensive orthodontic care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive orthodontic assessments and diagnosis.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ dental and skeletal conditions.
-   Provide fixed and removable orthodontic treatments.
-   Manage malocclusion, crowding, spacing, and bite abnormalities.
-   Provide clear aligner treatment where appropriate.
-   Monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments.
-   Manage complex orthodontic cases in collaboration with other dental specialists.
-   Assess and manage orthodontic cases requiring multidisciplinary treatment.
-   Educate patients regarding treatment options, oral hygiene, and retention.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   BDS/DDS or equivalent dental degree.
-   MDS/MS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Orthodontics**.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in comprehensive orthodontic treatment.
-   Experience with clear aligners and digital orthodontic workflows is an advantage.
-   Excellent treatment-planning and clinical skills.
-   Strong communication and patient-management abilities.
