## Description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced **Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon** to provide comprehensive diagnosis, surgical treatment, and follow-up care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. The role includes trauma management, joint disorders, sports injuries, and elective orthopaedic procedures.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive orthopaedic consultations, examinations, and treatment planning.
-   Diagnose and manage **fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, ligament injuries, arthritis, and musculoskeletal conditions**.
-   Perform elective and emergency orthopaedic surgical procedures.
-   Manage orthopaedic trauma, including fractures, dislocations, and post-traumatic complications.
-   Perform **arthroscopic procedures** involving the knee, shoulder, and other joints where appropriately trained.
-   Perform joint replacement procedures, including **hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow replacements** where within expertise.
-   Manage degenerative joint diseases and ligament injuries.
-   Review and interpret X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and other diagnostic investigations.
-   Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care.
-   Coordinate rehabilitation with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
-   Manage post-operative complications and provide appropriate follow-up.
-   Collaborate with radiologists, physiotherapists, sports medicine physicians, and other specialists.
-   Counsel patients regarding treatment options, surgical procedures, recovery, and rehabilitation.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in quality improvement and continuing medical education.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   **MBBS or equivalent medical degree.**
-   **MS / DNB / MRCS / FRCS / Arab Board or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Orthopaedic Surgery.**
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization clinical experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in general orthopaedic surgery and trauma.
-   Excellent clinical judgment, surgical skills, and patient-management abilities.
-   Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
