## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Specialist Family Medicine Physician** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary healthcare to patients of all ages, with a strong focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient wellbeing.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive primary healthcare to individuals and families across all age groups.
-   Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
-   Manage diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disorders, cardiovascular conditions, and common infections.
-   Conduct routine health assessments, screenings, and preventive healthcare consultations.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care.
-   Provide lifestyle counselling and patient education on nutrition, exercise, and disease prevention.
-   Monitor patients with chronic illnesses and optimize ongoing treatment.
-   Identify conditions requiring specialist referral and coordinate appropriate care.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
-   Build long-term relationships with patients and their families.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB/MRCGP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Family Medicine**.
-   Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
-   Strong clinical experience in primary care and family medicine.
-   Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
