## Description

**Job Summary**

Our leading healthcare facility is seeking an experienced **Specialist Critical Care Physician** to provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing life-threatening conditions, advanced life-support interventions, and complex critical care cases.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients with complex medical and surgical conditions.
-   Provide comprehensive care to patients admitted to the ICU.
-   Manage critical conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac emergencies, and multiple organ dysfunction.
-   Provide and monitor advanced life-support interventions, including mechanical ventilation and hemodynamic support.
-   Perform critical care procedures within the scope of clinical expertise.
-   Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans according to clinical response.
-   Manage medical emergencies and stabilize patients requiring intensive care.
-   Coordinate with intensivists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure patient safety and quality care.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Requirements**

-   MBBS or equivalent internationally recognized primary medical qualification.
-   Relevant Master's degree, postgraduate specialist qualification, fellowship, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification in Critical Care Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine, or a related specialty.
-   Minimum 3 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferred.
-   Strong experience in ICU management, mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life support.
-   Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
