## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Specialist Restorative Dentist** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in restoring damaged or missing teeth and providing comprehensive functional and aesthetic dental care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage complex restorative dental conditions.
-   Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patients’ oral health and functional needs.
-   Perform restorative procedures including crowns, bridges, veneers, and direct restorations.
-   Manage worn, fractured, discolored, and structurally compromised teeth.
-   Provide aesthetic and functional rehabilitation where appropriate.
-   Perform complex restorative treatments and full-mouth rehabilitation.
-   Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment with endodontists, periodontists, prosthodontists, and oral surgeons.
-   Assess occlusion and develop appropriate restorative treatment plans.
-   Educate patients regarding treatment options, oral hygiene, and long-term maintenance.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   BDS/DDS or equivalent dental degree.
-   MDS/MS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Restorative Dentistry / Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics**.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in comprehensive restorative dentistry.
-   Experience in aesthetic dentistry and full-mouth rehabilitation is an advantage.
-   Excellent clinical and treatment-planning skills.
-   Strong communication and patient-management abilities.
