## Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Periodontist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases affecting the gums and supporting structures of the teeth, providing both surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapy. You will work closely with patients and the dental team to deliver comprehensive and personalized periodontal care that promotes long-term oral health.

### Responsibilities

-   Conduct thorough periodontal examinations and diagnose gum diseases.
-   Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
-   Perform periodontal surgeries and therapies including scaling, root planing, bone grafting, and implant placement.
-   Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care.
-   Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
-   Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
-   Stay current with advances in periodontology through ongoing education and training.

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
-   Completion of an accredited Periodontics residency program.
-   Valid dental license and board certification in Periodontics.
-   Proven clinical experience in periodontal diagnosis and treatment.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
-   Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
