## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Specialist Nephrologist** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in diagnosing and managing kidney disorders, dialysis patients, and complex renal conditions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases.
-   Evaluate and treat patients with hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and renal complications.
-   Manage patients requiring hemodialysis and other renal replacement therapies.
-   Monitor and manage patients with chronic kidney disease and renal failure.
-   Provide appropriate pre- and post-transplant care where applicable.
-   Interpret renal function tests, laboratory investigations, and relevant imaging.
-   Coordinate patient care with urologists, intensivists, cardiologists, and other specialists.
-   Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans.
-   Educate patients and families regarding kidney disease, treatment, and lifestyle modifications.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB/MRCP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Nephrology**.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in managing complex renal conditions and dialysis patients.
-   Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
