## Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Specialist/Consultant Spine Surgeon to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in diagnosing and treating a broad range of spinal disorders, utilizing the latest surgical techniques to provide exceptional patient outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a multidisciplinary setting focused on advancing spinal care.

### Responsibilities:

-   Evaluate and diagnose patients with spinal conditions through clinical assessments and diagnostic imaging.
-   Develop and implement individualized treatment plans encompassing surgical and non-surgical options.
-   Perform complex spinal surgeries, emphasizing minimally invasive and innovative techniques.
-   Manage pre-operative preparation and post-operative care to optimize patient recovery and rehabilitation.
-   Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, physiotherapists, and pain specialists.
-   Educate patients and families on condition management, surgical procedures, and recovery protocols.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge through continuous professional education and research involvement.
-   Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree from an accredited institution.
-   Residency training completed in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.
-   Board certification or eligibility in Spine Surgery preferred.
-   Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in spine surgery.
-   Expertise in a broad spectrum of spine surgical procedures, particularly minimally invasive techniques.
-   Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
