## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Cardiac Surgeon** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in the surgical treatment of heart diseases and cardiovascular conditions, delivering advanced surgical care and achieving optimal patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and surgically manage a wide range of cardiac conditions.
-   Perform cardiac surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting and heart valve surgery, according to clinical expertise.
-   Evaluate patients and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
-   Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative care.
-   Monitor patients following surgery and manage potential complications.
-   Collaborate with cardiologists, cardiac anesthesiologists, intensivists, and other specialists.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary discussions to optimize patient outcomes.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high standards of patient safety and clinical care.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Requirements**

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MS/DNB in General Surgery followed by MCh/DNB in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
-   Significant post-specialization surgical experience preferred.
-   Experience in cardiac surgical procedures and post-operative patient management.
-   Strong surgical judgment, clinical leadership, and communication skills.
