## Description

We are seeking a skilled **Specialist Emergency Medicine Physician** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing acute medical conditions, trauma, and emergency cases while providing timely and high-quality patient care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, stabilize, and manage patients presenting with acute and emergency conditions.
-   Manage medical emergencies, trauma, and critically ill patients.
-   Perform emergency procedures and resuscitation when required.
-   Prioritize patients effectively in a fast-paced emergency department.
-   Develop appropriate treatment and disposition plans.
-   Coordinate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams for complex cases.
-   Provide timely management of life-threatening conditions.
-   Ensure accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation.
-   Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
-   Participate in emergency department quality improvement and clinical activities.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB/MRCP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Emergency Medicine**.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialization experience** preferred.
-   Strong experience in emergency and acute care medicine.
-   Excellent skills in resuscitation, trauma management, and clinical decision-making.
-   Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy emergency department.
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills.
