## Description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced **Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist** to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including management of high-risk pregnancies, gynecological conditions, and surgical procedures. The ideal candidate should have extensive consultant-level experience and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. ACOG emphasizes comprehensive diagnosis, management, informed decision-making, and continuity of care across obstetric and gynecologic services.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive consultations and management of obstetric and gynecological conditions.
-   Manage **normal and high-risk pregnancies**, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
-   Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions including menstrual disorders, fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic pain, and reproductive disorders.
-   Perform and manage **normal vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections**.
-   Manage obstetric emergencies including preeclampsia, eclampsia, postpartum hemorrhage, and other pregnancy complications.
-   Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries within the scope of expertise.
-   Conduct procedures such as hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, colposcopy, and other minimally invasive interventions where appropriately trained.
-   Evaluate infertility and reproductive health concerns and coordinate appropriate referrals when required.
-   Perform routine and advanced gynecological examinations and screening.
-   Counsel patients regarding pregnancy, contraception, reproductive health, treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes.
-   Collaborate with neonatologists, anesthesiologists, surgeons, fertility specialists, and other multidisciplinary teams.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and care.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, teaching, and continuing medical education.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   **MBBS or equivalent medical degree.**
-   **MD / MS / DNB / MRCOG / FRCOG / Arab Board or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.**
-   Significant post-specialization experience with **Consultant-level experience**.
-   Strong experience in both obstetrics and gynecology.
-   Proven experience managing high-risk pregnancies and obstetric emergencies.
-   Strong surgical and procedural skills.
-   Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and leadership abilities.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
