## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Pediatric Surgeon** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in the surgical management of congenital abnormalities, traumatic injuries, and other surgical conditions affecting newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and surgically manage congenital and acquired surgical conditions in children.
-   Perform pediatric surgical procedures involving the abdomen, gastrointestinal tract, and other relevant anatomical systems.
-   Manage conditions such as appendicitis, hernias, intestinal obstruction, and congenital abnormalities.
-   Provide surgical care for newborns and critically ill pediatric patients, as appropriate to clinical expertise.
-   Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative monitoring and follow-up.
-   Manage pediatric surgical emergencies and post-operative complications.
-   Communicate treatment plans and surgical outcomes clearly to parents and caregivers.
-   Collaborate with pediatricians, neonatologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient safety.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Requirements**

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MS/DNB in General Surgery followed by MCh/DNB in Pediatric Surgery, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
-   Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
-   Experience in pediatric surgical procedures and the management of congenital conditions.
-   Strong surgical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
