## Description

Talentspoc is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Consultant / Specialist Endocrinologist** to join a reputable healthcare institution in the UAE.

The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders and will provide compassionate, evidence-based, and comprehensive care to patients.

They will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including diabetologists, internists, dietitians, surgeons, nephrologists, and other healthcare professionals.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct detailed clinical assessments and consultations for endocrine disorders.
-   Diagnose and manage conditions such as diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, adrenal disorders, pituitary diseases, and metabolic bone disorders.
-   Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical examination and diagnostic results.
-   Interpret laboratory tests and imaging relevant to endocrine function.
-   Manage complex patients involving multiple endocrine systems.
-   Provide ongoing patient education, counseling, and support for chronic endocrine conditions.
-   Coordinate multidisciplinary care with other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
-   Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust therapy accordingly.
-   Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
-   Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous professional development activities.

## Requirements

-   MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
-   Postgraduate qualification in **Endocrinology** or related specialty.
-   Relevant clinical experience post-specialization in endocrinology.
-   Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in managing endocrine and metabolic diseases.
-   Experience in diabetes management, thyroid disorders, and hormonal therapies.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
-   Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
