## Requirements

### As an RMT at Tall Tree, you will:  

-   **Provide client-centred, evidence-based care** tailored to each client’s unique needs.
-   **Work alongside an interdisciplinary team** of Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, OTs, Chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals.
-   **Learn and grow continuously** through collaboration, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of clinical presentations.
-   **Build strong client relationships** while developing your clinical skills and confidence.
