## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Institutional Excellence & Quality Specialist** to lead and support our institutional maturity, quality management, and performance improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate must be a certified **King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA)** and **EFQM** assessor with hands-on, practical experience conducting organizational excellence assessments, identifying structural gaps, and driving transformation initiatives—particularly within Saudi Arabian government or semi-government contexts.

## Requirements

### **Institutional Excellence & Assessment**

-   Conduct comprehensive institutional maturity and excellence assessments utilizing **KAQA** and **EFQM** frameworks.
-   Evaluate organizational performance against international and national excellence criteria.
-   Identify performance gaps, operational weaknesses, and strategic improvement opportunities.
-   Develop actionable improvement roadmaps, action plans, and transformation initiatives.
-   Prepare the entity for national excellence awards and external accreditation assessments.
-   Facilitate strategic assessment workshops, focus groups, and executive review sessions.

### **Quality Management & Compliance**

-   Oversee and maintain Quality Management Systems in alignment with **ISO 9001** standards.
-   Plan, execute, and monitor internal and external quality audits.
-   Manage non-conformities, root-cause analyses, and corrective action plans.
-   Design and update quality frameworks, organizational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance models.
-   Establish performance measurement, reporting mechanisms, and KPI dashboards.
